SOCIETY FOR THE PROMOTION OF A EUROPEAN HUMAN RIGHTS MODEL

NEW INTRODUCTION
NEW CONCEPTION
I-The Horrible indelible legacy of old Europe
Europe has currently reached a mature but still precarious situation in the field of the Human Rights after having been exhausted by the worst possible events on earth: wars, genocides, hatred, racism, but today bad temptations come back in Europe as soon as difficulties appear.
In the recent History, instead of listening Aristide Briand and Gustav Stresemann, Europe had preferred to give them the Nobel Prize of Peace and make a war involving the death of 65 million of people throughout the world.
Europe was built trough conflicts and hatred, e.g. its millenary Anti-Semitism, Nationalism, Fascism and similar ideologies, which led to paroxysmal destruction phases as wars and genocides; for example only 12% of Jewish world population remain in Europe as compared to 60% before 1939.This is a good indication that civilization may collapse at any moment.
The recent pretention of members of the French Government to present the European civilization above all other is presumptuous and inadequate with the recent past and present of this civilization and with the detrimental part played by France against civilization during the WW II as ally of the Axis.
II -Good Start and bad evolution of the European Union
The Charter of the Fundamental Rights of the European Union would have been a good signal of improvement of the European civilization if it would had been applied.
The dominant right wing and free capitalism have weakened in many countries the social aspect of the Charter and the most antisocial countries as Poland and UK have been exempted of its implementation.
III-The Society for the Promotion of a European Human Rights Model
The Society for the Promotion of the European Human Rights Model was created in the second half of 2009 in order to promote the Charter out of Europe. In many countries most of the citizens are far to have similar "expectations" as those included in the Charter in the field of Union of Peoples, Welfare and Peace. Peoples accept too often their life conditions when they may request similar advantages as those contained in the European Charter.
The lack of implementation of the Charter in the own European territory has prevented us to propose the Charter as a model abroad. We have thus preferred to slightly changed the name of our association in Society for the Promotion of "a" European Human Rights Model.
We have thus centered our view on Europe itself, which need to defend its own Charter against the members States and European bodies.
IV-The Ghost of Old Europe
The Ghost of Old Europe is still haunting us. We note a clear reluctance to apply the Charter of Fundamental Rights and also more recently an open wish to continue a campaign for revision of history for political reasons, which is detrimental to the construction of European ethics.
History was adapted to political criteria immediately after the end of the World War II and again after the collapse of Communism in Europe. As a matter of fact this revision history was continued straight trough the Prague Declaration of 2008. The Prague Declaration was the start of a process called "the Prague Process" targeting the change of history according to rightist or far right criteria and as a consequence paving the way for a far right resurgence in Europe that emanated from the east and infects the west.
In summary, this process ranks on absolutely equal footing the real vanquisher of Nazi Germany i.e. USSR with Nazi Germany itself. This is the result of the equation between communism and Nazism included in the Prague Declaration.
The role of the USSR in the defeat of Nazism went far beyond the the victory in the east but permits the total victory. The USSR suffered 85% of the military losses of the allied forces and disabled 80% of the Wehrmacht. The USSR lost then 16% of its population to achieve a victory which ultimately rescued all of Europe. The Declaration of Prague is a lack of respect for the memory of the 21 million citizens of the USSR who died also for our freedom.
In much western Europe the crucial role of the USSR for the victory is very often obfuscated for the benefit of the other western allies who played a secondary role.
Nevertheless the USA have substantially helped the liberation of Europe in supplying huge quantities of war equipments to all allies and in particular to the USSR.
Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact is over-utilized in the Prague Declaration even through the USSR was simultaneously preparing its defense by moving strategic assets to the east in preparation for the coming aggression by Germany. Few years earlier the USSR noticed the hostility of its future allies, which among others, excluded it from the so called negotiations of Munich and beyond that was the sole country to defend democracy in Spain.
The equation of Communism and Nazism benefits to the far right antisocial and racist wing. Now we witness in northern and eastern countries of the European Union, official or fully tolerated demonstrations in favor of Nazis and of their accomplices being viewed as liberators.
This equation between communism and Nazism is also obfuscating the essential specificity of Nazism in the understanding of racism and anti-Semitism and correlated industrialized mass destruction and consequently scandalously questions in fact the uniqueness of the Holocaust in European history.
In addition this equation also permits people of bad faith to make a regrettable analogy between the Holocaust and the sufferings inflicted to peoples under the control of the USSR. These sufferings as great as they were and it is not our purpose to deny or mitigate stalinist or soviet crimes, are abusively called "genocide" in service to the far-right agenda of the twenty-first century, despite the clear definition of genocide by the United Nations.
Currently the European authorities organize commissions where the historical facts can be negotiated to satisfy the requirements of some countries. History should never be a matter of negotiations for ethical reasons.
V-The necessary involvement of all the European citizens
The absence of willingness of interference in the policy of members of European Union limits substantially its credibility.
In matter of social Equity, Peace and respect of Human dignity the European Union is still limited by the dominant resilient influence of its initial economic nature.
European Governments may put at risk the general welfare of peoples by applying shortermist and social regressive politics.
European citizens should completely take the control of the European Union far from its sole initial economic mission. Economics should be totally rethought if we want to preserve the ecologic vital balance of earth and expand a lasting welfare.
Evolution in many countries will not be obtained by unilateral decisions of leaders but also by constant pressure of their duly informed citizens in the field of social progress and elected representatives should learn to listen and respect the electors or they may lose their legitimacy already weakened by a dramatic abstention.
