SOCIETY FOR THE PROMOTION OF A EUROPEAN HUMAN RIGHTS MODEL
The current events in France regarding State Xenophobia
By Didier Bertin - 15th August 2010
30 000 pages were read mainly in the last 7 months on the site , it was was progressively built from August 2009 and became effectively operative in 2010.
The initial idea of promoting Human Rights abroad will be extended to France since the Executive body is organizing a xenophobic policy targeting to regain popularity. The real reasons seem to be an accumulation of ruling failures and an increasing unpopularity.
1- The executive body intends to make by law two categories of citizens: The first rank citizens will be the native French people born from French parents probably also born from French parents and the second rank citizens are those who have obtained themselves the citizenship and probably those whose parents were foreigners and have obtained the French citizenship . This category will be ranking second because they may be deprived of their citizenship if they commit certain illegal acts. These French citizens will then be punished twice: (i) by law applicable to all citizens and (ii) by cancellation of their citizenship. This Project is opposed to the Constitution of the French Republic and should normally be blocked by the French Constitutional Council and French Laws does not authorize decsion leaving people without citizenship but remains highly meaningful of the inability and inadequacy of the current Executive body to rule the country.
2- Massive racial raids are organized to arrest Romanian Gypsies followed by expulsion from their home and massive repatriation to Romania; The matter is currently under investigation by a UNO commision and by the European Union Commission since Romania is member of European Union.
Deported Gypsies may in fact come back to France at any moment as citizens of European Union and thus this step is as much not useful as the first one but shows again how much the current Executive body is improper and incompetent.
Official people should refuse for ethical reasons to participate to these massive arrests and deportation of foreign Gypsies accused of all problems as scapegoat.
Everybody has in mind the former xenophobic and racist policy of the French fascist State allied to Nazis during WW2.
In our opinion these events reflect the inability of the Executive body to conduct a proper policy and national polling should be organized in advance. We also expect that the whole legislative body from left to right will censor the executive body in order to safeguard the French National Dignity.
